U.S. July stone exports rise while marble and travertine fall
US stone-product exports rose 6.6% year on year in July 2026 to $15.4 million, according to USITC DataWeb figures reported by Stone World. Canada received $10.8 million, or 70.5% of the total.
Categories moved differently: limestone rose 79.1% to $1.9 million and granite more than doubled, while marble and travertine fell 41.1% to $1.5 million. Monthly imports, at $367.3 million, remained far larger than exports.
Editorial context
One month describes product mix and destinations but is not enough to establish an annual trend. One customs category also combines quartz with other artificial materials, so comparisons limited to natural stone require care.
